Your information will be either password protected or if in hardcopy form in a secure lockable fireproof filing system.
How long will this information be held for?
Your information will be stored securely. I destroy inactive files after a 3-year period in order to assure clients total confidentiality. All files are destroyed in a secure manor.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We keep your personal data for a reasonable period only to enable us to perform therapy services. We will then dispose your information securely and confidentially.
