What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. RTT® goes beyond, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. Too often this is the sole focus for hypnotherapists.
While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs, rather than the catalyst of them. As a qualified RTT® practitioner I am able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if I was simply trying to reach clients subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. I am equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blockages may be there.

What happens during an RTT session and how does it work?
Firstly, I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. Let me reassure you it’s just like daydreaming. It is very similar and often compared to how you may feel during a meditation.
If you’ve ever drifted off for a moment whilst watching a good film, reading an engaging book or whilst you’ve been driving your car, then you’ve been in a state of ‘hypnosis’. After talking with me, I can assure you that you will feel very safe, at ease and comfortable. Going into ‘hypnosis’ will be relaxing and easy to do as I gently guide you through the process.
Lots of people worry about being out of control, whilst under the ‘spell’ of hypnosis, and I too thought this before I personally experienced it, but hypnotherapy is not like anything you’ve seen on stage shows. No one will be clucking or squawking like a chicken in my sessions!
You can be reassured that you will always be in control and will stay ‘awake’ throughout your session, you will actually be in a heightened state of awareness, that allows for improved focus and concentration. We will be talking back and forth throughout but you will likely be in a very relaxed state with your eyes closed. You will remember everything afterwards and you will not say or do anything against your will.
In this state your mind is able to uncover where the emotions and beliefs come from that are causing the negative patterns today. RTT uses regression to the events in your life that are the root, the cause and the reason behind the presenting issue to help you uncover your unwanted behaviours so you can move forward.
The subconscious mind holds all your memories, and the answers to how, why, when and where you started a belief or a behaviour. Once you have the understanding, the mind can be redirected, and brand-new, empowering beliefs can take their place. Results can be rapid and more successful because the mind is more receptive in hypnosis and the conscious mind is quietened.
RTT hypnotherapy sessions can take up to 2.5 hours because the whole process of transformation is completed in one session. Generally, people report that they feel relieved, lighter and less burdened although everyone is different, and each session is unique. You will take away a 15-20 minute bespoke self-hypnosis recording, made in the session that you listen to for at least 21 consecutive days to wire and fire in the new changes. It is critical to your long-term success that you listen to the recording as the mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are programming yourself with habits of thoughts which will lead to the right habits of action.

The reason you will have had limited progress or no progress at all in the past is because you were trying to deal with your issues and symptoms at a conscious level and that can only take you so far.
Imagine a beautiful garden you can’t just water it and except the flowers to grow, first you have to pull up all the weeds at the root prepare the soil, give it nourishment and then plant the seeds so the flowers have the freedom and space to grow and blossom.
This is what happens when you work one to one with me, we will go into the subconscious mind which is far more powerful than the conscious mind as its where all your memories, experiences and beliefs are stored and together we will find what is holding you back that is locked away deep inside, causing you mental, emotional or physical imbalance and find the root cause (the root to the weeds) so we can heal it quickly and with ease by removing it.
Your mind holds the information you need to understand the cause of what is holding you back and RTT ensures you find it quickly and easily. Therapy does not need to take weeks, months, or years when we work at the subconscious level.
In most cases it only takes 1 – 3 RTT sessions per issue because it focuses on working on the root cause and it offers permanent change. Once you have the understanding you are free of the old belief and its effect on your life, you are then free to blossom and flourish incorporating the new empowering beliefs, forming new habits and behaviours.
Often the knock-on effect of these powerful sessions can be life changing in terms of personal growth, health, wellness, relationships, and in your career.

RTT PROGRAMS
I would just like to take a moment to explain how I have put my RTT programs together.
Through experience the most powerful results come from combining Hypnotherapy and Coaching together as this creates harmony between the conscious and the subconscious mind. Even though only 5% of our thoughts and behaviours come from the conscious mind, they play a crucial part in our day-to-day actions. Whereas the other 95% comes from the subconscious mind but both play a fundamental role, so that is why I choose to unite these two aspects together to create the most powerful outcome within every RTT package I offer. Please note: As part of our agreement of working together, you are agreeing to commit to listening to the personal audio recording that I make you within the session for a minimum of 21 consecutive days.
The RTT session itself accounts for around 60 – 70 % of the transformation however the other 30- 40% happens through you listening to the audio as repetition is fundamental in helping to lay down new neuropathways in order to bring about lasting desired changes. As part of your investment in yourself this is a vital part of the work, and it is your responsibility to commit to 15 - 20 mins a day to listen to the recording (ideally first thing in the morning or last thing at night as this is when the mind is most receptive to suggestion). Only proceed if you are prepared to fully engage and invest in yourself.
